Dance/USA Supports the Equality Act

As a values led organization, Dance/USA works to dismantle institutional and systemic oppression that attacks the dance field’s progress, impedes the creation of work, and negatively impacts dance audiences and communities. We are in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ colleagues who face ongoing threats of bias and discrimination. We affirm our mission to champion an inclusive and equitable dance field. We support transgender, gender non-conforming (GNC), gender queer, and/or two spirit artists. We support the Equality Act.
