Dance/USA is excited to present the 2023 Conference, June 13-16 in Atlanta, Georgia, the must-attend event of the national dance ecosystem! The theme of the Conference is EMERGE | BECOME | MOVE.

Dance/USA 2023 Scholarships

We recognize that for some, participation costs may be a barrier. We are happy to offer scholarships thanks to the generous support of Georgia Council for the Arts and South Arts, which require applicants to currently reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. These scholarships will support Conference registration costs. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 31, 2023.

We encourage anyone interested and eligible for the scholarships to apply. For these scholarships, we are prioritizing support for dance leaders who may be:  

  • A Black Person, Indigenous Person, or a Person of Color (BIPOC) 
  • An individual with a disability 
  • An individual whose annual income is lower than $30,000 
  • An individual who is based in the state of Georgia

Additional Information

The Dance/USA 2023 Conference will take place in person in Atlanta, Georgia. If you are unable to attend the Conference in person or if you missed a session, virtual programming, featuring closed captions and ASL interpretation, will be available for purchase after the Conference. Additional information will be announced soon.

Cancellation and refund requests for the 2023 Conference must be submitted, in writing, by email to annualconference@nulldanceusa.org by May 5, 2023. A $75 cancellation fee will apply to each individual registration. (Ex: If you are registering your team, a $75 fee will apply to each team member registered) Online registration fees will not be refunded after May 5, 2023.
