The "L" Train and Bus
The Chicago, IL elevated train "the L" and bus system is efficient and simple to navigate. Visit the Chicago Transit Authority website for maps, schedules, and fares.

Taxi
It is very easy to hail a cab from the sidewalk in the Chicago, IL and the South Loop and Chinatown areas near the hotel. However, if you'd like to order a cab, you can call the following companies.

Directions from Airports
From O'Hare Int'l Airport (23 miles):
Take Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) East to Stevenson Expressway (I-55) North. Exit at Martin Luther King Drive. At light, turn left to hotel.

From Midway Airport (10 miles):
Take Cicero Ave. north to Stevenson Expressway (I-55) North. Exit at Martin Luther King Drive. At light, turn left to hotel.

Limousine and Private Car Service:
The hotel concierge can arrange personal car service. $90.00-$144.00.  Please contact the Guest Services Department at 312-528-6513 for reservations.

Taxi Service:
Taxi Service is available at both Midway & O’Hare
Depending on traffic times and cost can vary
O’Hare 45min-1hour $60.00-75.00

Go Airport Express:

Private van service is available for up to 10 passengers for $120.00 one way. 

Vans depart airport approximately every 10-15 minutes.

Vans depart hotel at 10 minutes after the hour and 40 minutes after the hour. First run at 4:40am and last run at 10:10pm.

** Service for physically challenged guests is available. Reservations are needed 1 day in advance for this service.

From O'Hare Airport: Go Airport Express ticket counters are located across from baggage claim areas of terminals 1, 2 & 3 and outside US Customs in terminal 5 outside Door D. The last shuttle leaves O'Hare at 10:30 PM daily.  Advanced reservations are highly recommended.

(2 people) $19.00 per person one way / $35.00 per person round trip
(3 people or more) $14.00 per person one way / $27.00 per person round trip
Children 5 years and under are FREE

From Midway Airport: GO Airport Express ticket counter and loading zone is located by Southwest Airlines baggage claim on the Lower Level.

(3 or more people) $12.00 per person / $22.00 per person round trip
Children 5 years and under are FREE.

Public Transportation
From O’Hare take the Blue Line EL from terminal #2 to the Jackson subway stop.
Walk 3 blocks east to Michigan Ave. Board the #3M.L.K South to McCormick Place.
Travel time 1.5 hours to 1.75 hours 

From Midway take the Orange Line EL from ticketing on level 2 to the Roosevelt stop.
Walk 2 blocks east to Michigan Ave. turn left onto Michigan Ave to the #3M.L.K Bus stop.
Board the #3 M.L.K bus south to McCormick Place
Travel Time 1hour-1.5hours

Cost $2.00 train; $2.00 bus

You can purchase a day or weekly pass for EL trains and Buses at the Airport Train stations.
