Dance/USA offers several options for you to save on your Annual Conference Registration:

• Register as a team and receive a $35 per person discount on registration!  A team consists of two or more individuals from the same member or non-member organization. Please note, the team discount is not available on single day registrations.

• First Time Attendees and Emerging Leaders are eligible for 10% off full conference registration.  Please note, this discount can not be combined with other discounts or team registrations.  Contact danceusa@danceusa.org for more information.
  
  
• International registrants receive a special rate of $250. To access this rate, email Rachel Bell before registering.
  
  
• If you're from New York City, apply for an Access Dance/USA Scholarship.
  
  

• Exhibitor packages for Dance/USA business affiliates/members are available for $750. (Includes one free Conference registration valued at $350.)
• Exhibitor packages for non-members are available for $1,000. (Includes one free Conference registration valued at $425.)

**Please note:  Discounted team registrations are available to two or more individuals from the same member or non-member organization; different rates apply. Individual Dance/USA members who are part of a team from a non-member organization must pay the non-member team rate or register separately as an individual member.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to cancellation@danceusa.org or fax to 202.833.2686 by May 17, 2010. A $75 cancellation fee will apply. Registration fees will not be refunded after May 17, 2010.
