Laura joined the Dance/USA staff in October 2011. Laura brings more than 15 years of marketing/communications experience with membership-based organizations. Most recently she was the Senior Director of Marketing for the American Gastroenterological Association, a 17,000 –member medical specialty society. Laura earned a BS degree in Public Relations and a minor in dance administration from the University of Maryland College Park. Laura has had a lifelong interest in dance having studied ballet and modern dance for ten years. Laura is excited about using her experience to advance the field of dance.
