Dance/USA Seeks Applicants for Executive Director Position
As many of you know, Dance/USA Executive Director Andrea Snyder will step down in June 2011 after more than 11 years in the position.

Dance/USA seeks a visionary, energetic communicator and manager to lead it in its next decade of development. The successful candidate will combine passion, vision, leadership, and communication skills to represent the broad and diverse constituencies that Dance/USA serves and engaging them in building consensus in this transformational time.

Announcing the new Dance/USA e-Journal!
We just launched From the Green Room, our new online location for the Dance/USA Journal. In migrating to this new online platform, Dance/USA intends to provide the same in-depth coverage of the field enhanced by the added benefit of a technologically dynamic environment. Make Your Nomination for the 2011 Honor and Ernie Awards
Dance/USA invites its membership to recognize leaders in the national dance community through the Honor and Ernie Awards! The 2011 honorees will join the ranks of many distinguised past recipients, including Carmen de Lavallade and Dick Caples as our 2010 awardees.

Both recognitions will be presented next June at the 2011 Dance/USA Annual Conference in Chicago.

Dance/USA is Looking for Fall Interns
Dance/USA is looking for interns to join us this fall in our Washington, DC office. We offer opportunities to work on a variety of issues facing the dance field on a national scale. Interns gain professional on-the-job experience working directly with and assisting our national office staff.
