Capitol Hill Visits

While contact from a national organization like Dance/USA plays its role on Capitol Hill, hearing from constituents has a much greater impact on legislators. With the help of its members, Dance/USA seeks to prove to Congress the arts are a viable and significant aspect of all communities, deserving the respect and support of our federal government. A goal of Dance/USA is to facilitate the relationship between its member organizations and their elected officials.

If you are interested in setting up a meeting with your Congressman and/or Senators, either in Washington, D.C. or in your home district, please contact Amy Fitterer at 202-833-1717 ext. 104 or afitterer@danceusa.org.
