Organizational Membership Renewals

  • If you are looking to select a payment plan for the 2016-17 Member Year, please follow steps 1 through 5 below and complete the paper renewal form you received by mail, and return it to Dance/USA, 1029 Vermont Ave NW, Ste 400, Washington, DC 20005.
  • If you are a renewing Dance Company Member who falls into the budget categories between $600,001 and $7,999,999, please follow steps 1 through 5 below, complete the paper renewal form you received by mail, and return it to Dance/USA, 1029 Vermont Ave NW, Ste 400, Washington, DC 20005.
  • If you plan to submit your membership renewal via check payment, please follow steps 1 through 5 below and complete the paper renewal form you received by mail, and return it with your check payment to Dance/USA, 1029 Vermont Ave NW, Ste 400, Washington, DC 20005.


How to Renew Your Dance/USA Membership 

1. Login to member portal profile.

  • If you need assistance logging into your member profile or have forgotten your login, check out our video tutorials listed below.
  • Not sure who in your organization is able to renew the membership? Contact Dance/USA’s Membership Department for clarification.
2. In the left hand navigation, select ‘Manage Your Account.’
3. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Edit.’
4. Update the necessary information that pertains to your organization’s membership profile.

  • Dance companies: Annual Revenue & Fiscal Year Information*.
  • Agents/Artist Reps: # of Full Time Agents.
  • Presenters: Artist Fees for Presenting Dance & Fiscal Year Information.
  • Click ‘Save.’

*Fiscal Year should be updated to reflect the year that aligns with your updated Annual Revenue, # Full Time Agents, and/or Artist Fees.

5. Return to your Profile Page.
6. Select ‘Memberships’ on the left hand side navigation.
7. On the kelly green square with the check box, hover your mouse, and select ‘Renew’
8. Select the contacts that should be associated with your organization’s membership for the 2016-17 year by clicking on the check mark to the left of the individual’s name.

  • Add new contacts by clicking on the ‘+ New Contact’ button.
  • Fill in the contact’s first & last name and email address.
  • Click ‘Save.’

9. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up and click ‘View Shopping Cart.’
10. Your dues should display the correct amount you owe for the 2016-17 member year. If they do not, please contact Dance/USA.
11. Click ‘Checkout.’
12. Enter your credit card information, the name that’s on the card, and the billing zip code associated with the card.
13. Click ‘Pay $XX.XX.’
14. The staff contact associated with the organizational membership will receive a confirmation and transaction receipt at their email address.

Individual Membership Renewals

  • If you plan to submit your membership renewal via check payment, please follow steps 1 through 5 below and complete the paper renewal form you received by mail, and return it with your check payment to Dance/USA, 1029 Vermont Ave NW, Ste 400, Washington, DC 20005.


How to Renew Your Dance/USA Membership

1. Login to member portal profile. If you need assistance logging into your member profile or have forgotten your login, check out our video tutorials below.
2. Update the necessary information for your membership

  • Email address
  • Mailing address

3. Select ‘Memberships’ on the left hand side navigation
4. On the kelly green square with the check box, hover your mouse, and select ‘Renew.’
5. You have the option of changing your membership type if you would like, especially if your school enrollment status has changed. See Dance/USA’s criteria for being a Student Member.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up and click ‘View Shopping Cart.’
7. Your dues should display the correct amount you owe for the 2016-17 Member Year (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017).
8. Click ‘Checkout.’
9. Enter your credit card information, the name that’s on the card, and the billing zip code associated with the card.
10. Click ‘Pay $XX.XX.’
