Council meetings will either be OPEN or in Executive Session.
If a Council session is OPEN, any 2011 Dance/USA Conference attendee may attend. If a Council is in Executive Session, only representatives of current Dance/USA organizational members in the category of the Council may attend. This includes dance company managers and artistic directors, presenters, service organizations, or agent/artist representatives. Attendance in a Council’s Executive Session by anyone not associated with a current Dance/USA organizational member will be at the discretion of that Council and its Chair.
