All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by two weeks prior to the event start date, and are subject to a $50 handling fee per registrant. Refund requests will not be honored if requested less than 2 weeks prior to event start date. 

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail) to the Director of Programming.

Cancellation policy applies to all events and sub-events, unless otherwise specified.
